Tigers Land Verbal from 4 Star OLB

Four star OLB Dorian O'Daniel opted to end his recruitment earlier this evening when he committed to the Clemson Tigers.

Orange & White Halftime Update

At the end of the first half, the score is 20-13 with the Orange team leading. The receivers have stood out, making some highlight reel catches led by Martavis Bryant's 17 yard leaping touchdown grab over Martin Jenkins. Nuke has been by far the most consistent threat, seemingly catching everything thrown his way. Sammy Watkins has made the defense respect him with several screen catches, and Charone Peake has made some nice plays as well.
Tajh Boyd has once again been inconsistent, throwing 1 td while throwing 2 interceptions. It should be noted that Sammy Watkins is not on Boyd's team which could be a key to his discomfort.
The defense had made some key stops and the coaches were right to praise the interior line. Grady Jarrett and Josh Watson are two DTs that have stood out for each team. Jarrett shows great promise as a pass rusher.
Will be happy to see all this talent on the field "together" this fall!

Pre Spring Game Thoughts

The Tigers take to the field for the annual Orange & White game this afternoon at 4:00 pm.  From the new offensive linemen to new Defensive Coordinator Brent Venables, there will be plenty of interesting things to watch in this little taste of April football.

Venables Chooses Clemson Over Oklahoma

Coach Brent Venables was introduced as the new defensive coordinator at Clemson University on Friday afternoon.  The announcement came after a great deal of drama throughout the week as rumors ran rampant through Tiger Town.  Coach Venables was very impressive in his first press conference and appeared relaxed and confident.  He feels that he and Coach Swinney share a vision of success, a vision of championships.
