Coach Brad Brownell has secured a verbal commitment for the class of 2012. PF Josh Smith (6-8 250) from Olympic HS (Charlotte, NC) is the No. 47 center in the nation according to ESPN. Smith joins PG Jordan Roper and PF Jaron Blossomgame for the class of 2012. As a junior at Olympic, Smith averaged 12 points per game. His recruiter is Clemson assistant coach Earl Grant.
