According to ESPN, Clemson QB commit Chad Kelly has been named to the Elite 11. Kelly gave EyeOnTheTigers an exclusive interview on July 16, 2011. Kelly(6'3", 208) is the No. 8 dual-threat quarterback in the nation by rivals.com.
